On-Site Project Coordination

Someone on site. Someone accountable.

Our coordination role keeps the different parts of a turnover connected. We serve as the link between management and the crews performing the work, helping translate property priorities into clear assignments and completed tasks.

That includes reviewing the requested scope, coordinating service schedules, checking progress, communicating issues, and following up on unfinished items. When additional needs are identified, we bring them to management’s attention so decisions and approvals can be made before proceeding. By staying involved throughout the process, we help prevent small details from becoming last-minute obstacles.

About Horizon & Forge

More Than a List of Tasks

Apartment turnovers involve more than completing a list of tasks. They require coordination, clear communication, and follow-through to make sure each service is completed in the right order and meets the property’s expectations.

Horizon & Forge works alongside property managers and maintenance teams to simplify that process. We coordinate the work on site, monitor progress, address outstanding details, and help prepare units for the next resident. Our goal is to give management a dependable partner who understands the scope, stays involved, and takes responsibility for following the work through completion.

Whether your community needs individual services or support across multiple unit turns, we adapt to your priorities, scheduling needs, and property standards.
